After you're all showered up and smelling good again, what do you eat for recovery?
endurox...*rt*

actually, sometimes i combine showering and consuming endurox. ;)

after the endurox (and the shower) whatever is at hand is a likely candidate for consumption. i have no proscribed (prescribed??) foods for post ride.....just whatever is handy and looks appealing.

Thanks rt. I was thinking about trying Endurox myself. Sounds like we have similar post-ride diets.

i like endurox....or at least i think it works well. it tastes like @ss but it seems to do the job. i'm not usually very hungry right after i get done riding so if i don't take in something like endurox then i'm likely to miss the all important 30 min - 2 hr (depending on who you ask) maxium effect window for replenishing. endurox seems to have the most amount of good stuff (protein, carbs, and liquid) and the least offensive taste (the lime flavor is the best IMO).....and it sits ok in my stomach. i've also been known to use it on long rides as "food".

gotta agree with you, sometimes it's hard to get a response out of folks here!
