I was curious if anyone here has used this exercise in conjuction with bicycle traing/racing, and if you have, what type of difference have you seen? Any gains or losses in strength? Notice any improvement in stamina?
I have been using this exercise for only 1 week now and I can feel the difference in my legs when riding. I can't wait to see the results after a couple months or so of doing the exercise. Here is a link with some info regarding the exercise:
