I am thinking of trying Stan's tubeless kit with these wheels and tires but would like to hear that someone has had success. Also are they really flat resistant as claimed?
thanks for any input

Thats a excellent combo, the rim is easy to tape and the tire works fine.
As for the sealing ability, 3/4 of my 24HR team road them this weekend and we had three sealed punctures between us. One in the parking lot by a goathead and two on the trail in full race mod. We manage to win our class of 40 by 22 minutes, that would have been much closer and nerve raking had we had to stop and change tubes. As it was I just rode faster in case the hole didn't seal which it did with minimal lose of air pressure(It was a python light).
I've been running Stans since Feb. and have never had a on trail failure(and not many otherwise since I've learned to use system effectively.), I've had about six punctures that sealed and only one required additional air, and I didn't add that for about 3 miles of downhill.

after reading the article in mtbaction mag. Thanks loads for your info. Heck I feel so good I think I'm going to take my new ride out for a 2 hour ride here in So Ontario (60degrees, sunny, clear sky and dry on the trails)
