Jan 18, 2002 3:28 PM | | hi bonker as far as i now the post comes in a mtb length and a road length,the road length is not recommended for the fuel (rats! as it is lighter)i dont know what the precise shim diameter is but as the diameter of the mtb post is one size then the shim would have to be corresponding (wow!this is heavy for me!)hope this helps if not i can get off my fat butt and measure it! |

Jan 19, 2002 10:54 AM | | you would need to ask your lbs for their advice on this but personally i feel that even if you where small in size you would still need the 350 mm length as the geometry of a mtb is obviousley different from a road bike ie a mtb has a sloping top tube which makes the seat tube lower. |
