How is the top tube measured? From center of head tube to center of seat post tube in a horizontal line? My zaskar M frame is 590mm (+/-) measured that way... The scott M size is 575mm I think.. but between what?

yes,it`s measured center of steerer tube (on top) to the middle of the seatpost tube in a horizontal line.
so you will need a L size.

my M size weighed 1177g.now it`s 1168g with Ti-Canti studs.

have a look at RACING GEOMETRIES HARDTAIL
