	If you change now, go with the RapidRise. This is definitely the way to go. It takes a little getting used to with Rapid Fires since your shifting is now reversed from a standard derailleur, but you adjust pretty quickly to it and the benifits (smoother down shifting, especially useful when climbing) make it all worth it.
