The build on the wheels was flawless, but I had some problems with the hubs, which I tried to fix myself, then I tried contacting AMC direct. The company was not only moving locations, but changing hands. I got some errant advise and was having a re-occuring problem.
I cc'd Mike and email I sent to AMClassic and he jumped in and helped me out right away. He not only quickly got the problem fixed but also took steps to ensure I wouldn't have any future problems.
That my friends is a rarity these days, true customer service.
If you the type of person that likes their wheels hand built, you should give Mike a try. |
