I'm got $500 to spend on nice components for my street/trials bike this summer.

Here's the current spec. It's a pretty rough estimate:
frame pashley 26Mhz with 4-bolt ~2043
forks Fatty R 950
headset Cane Creek C2 140
stem Kore Lite 3 220
bar "Article" DH bar ~450
brakes HS-33 with Kool Stops ~800
cranks Middleburn RS-7 Pro Trials ISIS ~480
bb RF Prodigy ISIS 255
rear wheel Hope Sport/DT DB/BMF ~1350
front wheel Hope ULW/DT DB/X517 607
front tyre IRC El Gato 2.25 850
rear tyre Echo Supa Trial 2.5 800
saddle Megamo Velo ~50
pedals DMR V8 cut down ~500
chain IG90 250
cassette HG70 road - 16,14,13,12 ~160
skewers Steel Bolt Thru ~100
rear mech Sora Short Cage 265
tubes IRC DH rear/standard front 700
grips Planet-X X-Terminator 50
star fangle nut etc 30
chainring middleburn Alu 20T 80
rim tape 20
shifter friction 50
total: 10560 = 23.3lbs

I ride street, so i don't want to compromise strength too much.

The brick heavy bits seem to be Bar, Rear Mech, Rear Hub

Rear Mech - ProShift ~ 175g. I have 4 gears an never shift or smash my rear mech. Any issues I should know about? It's $75 on cambria

Rear Hub - change to King Classic with Alu drive shell and King Kogs to replace cassette. It'll be laced onto a Megamo drilled rim (600g)

Bar Easton EA70 Monkey Bar (250g)
A Monty Flat bar has a clamp of 31.8 (235g) I heard they can be run with Road Stems.

Stem Any suggestions. Current stem is 90mm x 15 degrees. I think there are lighter stems out there that size.

BB Are Ti BB's going to stand up to hard riding. I spend all my time with my weight on the pedals

I quite fancy a King headset if i've got cash left over.

Any input appreciated.

The Shook ISIS BB looks very good. Will it survive trials/street?

It's new, but I think it will...AZ-X

I ran a 108mm for nearly 5 months on and off road (very rocky terrain, 2-3 foot drops and stairs included) and it had no problems. I sent it to a friend in Europe for his bike and now I'm going to run the 113mm because I have a new frame that requires it.

I think it will work fine for you.
