Stan's latex=60gr to a UST tire bringing the wt to 790gr.sj

I'm thinking about adding stans latex to my already 730gr UST hutchinson tires to aid against punctures. That would equal 790gr tires front and rear. Could i get by w/ just one tsp of latex per tire instead of two recc tsp?

Why don't you use regular Hutchinsons with the latex? Thats about 240 grams per wheeel lighter. Which works out at over a pound of rotating weight.

I've read that riders were having problems with the air light sidewalls being easily slash. The UST versions are much beefier.

I've seen them used with latex enough to say they are as consistant as any other tire. Thats just my observation over the last year or so. Man it is a light fast combo.
