Hacking off the excess of a Thomson is one idea. Not the absolute lightest, though. Otherwise, just pick any light 28.6 or 27.2 post and see if you can find a shim. I think there are a couple of companies around that make practically every shim size you can think of. |

i've tired all of the above, if u can cope wif inline go for the thomson, i needed a layback that was well strong,so gotta shim and after cuttin 2 lenght was impressed that a race face xy post only weighed 230g
