Has anybody used liquid latex from their local hobby store or local plastic stores? I found liquid latex at my local TAP plasics for $12/quart. I also found liquid latex on line at erodic locations for body paint. Are their different grades, viscosities of latex?

I picked up a quart from my local hobbie shop about a month ago (not sure of the brand name of the latex). I was molders latex? I have been using it to add to Stans Premix since the tires I have have been difficult to seal. No problems.

The tires I have (Conti Explorer Supersonics) were a problem to seal. A few of the pin holes in the side walls refused to seal permanitely. The Mold Builders latex "added" to Stans "pre mixed" soultion "thickened" it up a bit allowing for the pin holes to seal.
In short it just thickened the mixture for the hare to seal pin holes.
I also run Panaracer Trailblasters and donot need to "thicken" the premix as these tires are soooo easy to seal.
