Anyone been Riding the New TA 9speed ChainRings?...Looking

YOur thoughts! How is the shifting??? Are they holding up well? And what do they weigh???? I am riding BlackSpire SuperPros Right now.

I have been using the 9 spd road rings for almost 3 yrs now and the mtb for almost a year.
They shift flawless. They hold up very well and are not too heavy.

I'm using the big 44t, 5-arm right now and the shifting is perfect. Mine is black anodized with the 94mm bolt pattern. Weight is 88g. I've both heard of and seen lighter ones with the same shift-gate and pin pattern, in both 5 amd 4 bolt configurations, raging from as low as 74g for a 4-bolt silver big ring.

I know that several others are using them on this board and they'll hopefully have some more weights for you.

My old Cannondale 44t was 88g. The new one from TA weighs 80g--and that is supposedly heavy for a TA 44t. Just went back over some notes...

They shift just below an XTR level and the wt. is very low.

Overall very nice rings.

They weigh 95grams together. Haven't weighted them seperately.

Yes, the can be bought in the US. Pegasus Bike Works in Danville can order them. And there are several shops in Canada that sell them.
