Are you using the rim strips, UST rims, or tape? If UST rims or tape, I would suggest the rim strips - they increase the diameter of the wheel enough to provide more of a seal.

Also, put plenty of sealant in at first. A lot will blow out during the initial sealing process, and if there's none left then the tire won't seal. Later on you can remove some if weight is an issue.

Be sure to get a rag or brush with soapy water and soap up the bead.

You'll probably at least need a CO2 cartridge to inflate the tire. For my UST rims with no rims strips I used an air compressor and it was still difficult. Just when I was about to give up, success. On the other hand, 519s with 2.4 mutanos and the rims strips inflated pretty easy the first time.

this makes it very difficult to seal. I was only able to seal ONE TIRE~!!! and it stunk 'cause when I hit a drop hard, the sidewalls would buckle. even Pythons Airlites buckled. and often, when the sidewalls buckled, air leaked out. this was running at 35-40 psi as well~! FF stink as tubeless tires.
give Stan a callwc

he used to run the Fast Freddy and had no trouble sealing it up. The trouble came with the traction I believe but to each their own.
