New rubber house paint last lifetime. Good for tubeless?hp

Just painted my house and these new lifetime elastomer rubber paint suppose to last a lifetime. These are thick gooey coat unlike regular exterior paint. Never have to paint the house again. Anyone used these elastomer rubber paint for homemade tubeless? It cost $20 per gallon.
