| Ritchey WCS stems. The 17deg stem seems to be for road - | slcpunk Jan 25, 2003 4:38 PM | | bad idea to use it for mountain biking? I want more than 6deg rise, but otherwise like their stems. |
| re: Ritchey WCS stems. The 17deg stem seems to be for road - | laffeaux Jan 25, 2003 6:47 PM | | MTB bars have a smaller diameter than road bars. It's strongly discouraged to use a road stem and MTB bars. |
| It's doable! QBP Problem Solvers 25.4 to 26.0 handlebar shims | Cloxxki Jan 26, 2003 12:41 PM | | I use them to get -17º out of my WCS stem, my Urangutan-like arms require low low bars. With the shims the bar clamps on just fine, no problems at all. Shims are kinda narrow, but no issues for me.
Stainless steel.
QBP part # : SM1069, should retail under $ 6,00.
Good luck! |
