Done-
Cannondale Caad 7 55cm frame "black ano paint" (2.4 lbs)
Alfa Q Sub 3 all carbon fork
Extra-Lite intergrated head set
Pro File carbon steer tube spacers
Extra-Lite stem
Eastern CT-90 Carbon bars (soon to be replaced with Schmolke bars)
Cannondale intergrated cranks and BB and c-dale chain rings 39x53
Speedplay Zero Ti peds
USE- Alien carbon seat post
ERA seat big $$$$
CAT-USA brakes (on order)4 to 6 weeks away have Dura Ace now.
Shimano STI shifters brake levers
Shimano Dura-Ace rear and front DR
Miche alloy 21x12 cassette (shifts great) race only otherwise Dura-Ace 12x23

American Classic carbon wheel set (tubular) race only
Tufo Elite tubular tires "fast"

Road wheels (training) are as follows Tune hubs with American Classic "350" clincher rims with Sapium CX-Ray bladed spokes, I use the Specialized S Works Pro clincher tires with Mich green lite tubes. For training they are both light and fast and seem to not flat which in the North East in the winter is a problem as there is so much crap on the roads.

Cat Eye wireless computer combo Heart Rate monitor

Cables and housing are Dura-Ace

Bar tape is Pro-File

QR are Extra-Lite

The weight of the whole package because thats how i do it, is 13lbs 11oz. This will be with the CAT-USA brakes and the newer carbon bars. This bike is both light and stiff, when this bike is in the trainer I notice no bottom bracket flex a good sign of a stiff bike, the odd thing is this bike rides like a dream and after 70 mile training rides I'm not beat up from the bike, my riding buddies is another story as they have no mercy.
Very nice.JIT

I was thinking it was 12 pounds for some reason....

So did the Extralite headset save weight over the Campy unit?
Very nice.Steve A

About 14 grams, in the scheme of things not worth it, but it all adds up or we would not be reading this.I to thought it would be in the 12 pound range also, but 13.9 lbs is not bad.
Are thjose the chippolini specialized tires?Jrm

How are they? I went with Axial Carbons for the casing strenght and resistance.

Yes, I have used these for a while, good for about 2500 miles of road training , wind trainer much less. Any S Works dealer can get them, but be carefull as they make two versions. One being lighter than the other, the down side is they ware very fast, as i said 2,500 miles for a rear.Yes there are lighter clincher tires but these(SUPERSONIC) are not going to work in the North East this time of year.
very very nice!!weiwentg

now, Supergo has Nokon cables available for 'cheap' - $35 ea for brakes and shifters (might be the ones for Ergo shifters, can't remember). I seem to remember nino posting that the Nokon brake housing was significantly lighter foot for foot than Shimano or Campy housing. but it seems that you have already assembled it...
I can't honestly think of anything you might improve. the training wheelset seems a bit high-end, honestly, for a training wheelset.
