Switching out 26" with 700c was simple and inexpensive($15 per dp brake). The V levers works great with Double-Pivot 700C brakes (powerful and great modulation). This mtb with 700c is versatile, fast & fun on & off road. It's almost as fast as my other 14.5lb road trek project.
Very nice. You have the specs? nm.berni

which work nicely with Campy Chorus front derailure,Dura Ace rear derailure,DuraAce Splined BB, DuraAce Crank,Dura Ace Ti Cog 12-27,Dura Ace chain. Sram 9sp Attach shifter works just as well as my XTR or DuraAce shifters...quick, precise and very stable. The heavy oversize 1 1/4 headset/steertube and beefy stiff fork keep flex to a minimum. Titanium bar with light 7g cork grips help smooth out shocks nicely. The 135g Ital seats is surprisingly comfy. Love the fact that this is bike SO unique, unlike most common "cookie cutter" bike designs.
Very sharp bike! Thanks for sharing the nice wheel setup ideadavijr

How did you get it so light? You sure that's the right weight?
