I saw one on his table at Sea Otter today- VERY cool, even though it's still the dull AL color. The guy at his booth didn't know when it would be available, but he thought it won't be for a while.

Yes, the wavy aluminum rotors are being tested currently. As stated, a release date, if it comes to that, is not known at this time.
