Hi Dirt-Boy.
Currently Having my wheels rebuilt which should see me with a 363g weight saving and also possibly getting a new saddle which also gives me 155g weight saving.

My bike should be once I re-weigh it 24.34Lbs.
Will this be good enough to be Listed on Light-Bikes.
I know it is by far not the lightest, but I see 15" frame that is 24.14 - I am thinking a Medium giant NRS, a little heavier shouldnt be a problem?

If it will be, Could you adivse on how to do the excel sheet. Do I use weight weenies as a point of ref for everything, or must I weight all my part myself. I weighed a fair few things individually on the weekend (Fork, Wheels, Tyres, Handle bars, Grips, Brake Leavers, Brakes etc) and then put the bike on the scales with the remainder of the parts and weighed it. Obviously this isnt good enough but It was somewhat helpful.
Yes. If the bike it lighter than a stock model or the bike wasDIRT BOY

altered to lighten it up, it is acceptable. 24lbs for a FS is still light in my book. Not everyone can build a 22lb FS rig. By having many bikes that are still considered "light", it gives everyone a chance to see bikes with different weights and parts as a point of reference.

Please use our spreadsheet. If weight are verified by you on a scale, the spreadsheet will show you how to mark each weight.
(* indicates that the weight is verified on a scale.)
Other wise use the weights off weight weenies and if possible get the total weight of you bike from a hanging scale.

Send a picture in the LARGEST pixel format you can.

We all look foward to see your ride :-)

DIRT BOY
Cheers, I'll get to work on it! (nm)Trevor!
