What is the best way to mount them? With the flat parts away from the rider or towards the rider? It seems like they should be away but I just want to make sure. Oh yeah, is hairspray the best thing to use to put them on with?

i have them mounted with the flat end inwards.
I use just plain water to mount them.after the water dried they stick like glued.never had any issues.hairspray will work too for sure.
Thanks nino (nm)LowCel
