Dirt boy, I will give you the file and photo for your excellent site ;-)

I need one information for guys who ride titanium seatpost...did somenone try to cut a titanium seatpost ??? what was the result ? I ask that because when I bought the moots post (thanks Dirt ;-) ) only 380mm was available but I need only 320mm but I'm not sure that's a good idea for a few grams to cut it ? oppinions ?

Also I know my saddle and rear tire are ery heavy but I like it...
If you have ideas for other parts please tell me .

Nice! what did you use for soldering? ...perhaps...palmix

cooper string and tin?...I've seen a welding job like that on a Indurain's bike...

I read that it is possible to saw titanium with any foil for steel...(and I like very much the point of view of that photo...)

LESS IS MORE! SIMPLICITY IS POWER!

I use DT pro wires :

thanks for your compliment about the point of view ;-)))

If you cut your post you will void the warranty. It's not worth it!

How do you like those cranks? I think those would be flexy. They just seem to thin to be that stiff.

bad idea to cut the seatpost...

tune bigfoot :
I'm only 134lbs so I don't have any problem with stiffness. I've only one problem : it's very difficult to adjust the front derailleur with a 42 big chainring because the crankarm is at the limit to touch the front derailleur. If you change 42 for 44 no problem.
stiffness : I had before xtr, I don't feel a big difference...
toworrow I will try with speeplay frog...after my combo stem + bar my combo cranks + pedals is also very light ;-)
Nice Rig!dirtdad

The euro-parts may give away your location. Where do you live? BTW, the Vertical Protection is worth the xtra weight.

...in fact I don't always use them because I prefer Mavic skewers, I have not a good feeling with tune...
I will receive some extralite aliens this week...I'll tell you if they are better than tune ;-)
