I was thinking of replacing my older XTR with a set of RF Next carbon cranks. Will it be heavier or lighter? Thanks.

the RF next arms itself are lighter, only 400grms, xtr should be about 430grms but the race face rings are too heavy, i guess it will be the same weight or very little difference, the main point to go for race face is that you will have more bbs to choose from.
Are they dependable yet?Jaybo

Most Isis bottom brackets I have run into have only lasted a fairly short period of time compared to Shimano. Your thoughts?

the bb is slightly heavier that the standard isis bb. The isis bb have a lot of durability issue too.
