I was considering the stem but didn't make the investment because as of now they are only available in a 120mm 0 degree set-up. I did go for the C3 1.5 inch carbon riser and LOVE it. It uses the 31.8 clamp as does the stem. The bars absorb vibrations but are not flexy like some others that I've tried. I ordered direct from Titec on their website and got excellent customer service.

For a stem?
The bars are pretty spendy, 'eh.

I'm using one of the new Titec aluminum RIP stems. The stem is also a very cool item. No-weld construction and extensive milling. The web site photos don't do it justice. The stem goes about $80 and runs right around 200 grams. It's 31.8, decent weight (to perform for a 200lb rider), available in sizes, looks good (especially with the Titec bars), and has a no questions asked/no charge replacement warranty. The bars run about $135. I like the sweep and looks of the bars and 170 grams for a 1.5 inch rise 26 inch wide bar seems fairly light.

I was going to get into the 31.8 scene but as a 165 pound xc rider, I think it'd just be overkill and too pricy to justify. I do like Titec and their products but $135 is too spendy for a carbon bar. But it sounds like you got the hot setup.
