I don't know the course yet, but usally you can pr-ride on Saturday. Call the park and they can tell you or go to http://multirace.com and call them.

Markham I don't know about. I think there is also a multirace.com/Mountain bike TV "8 hour race day" thing going on the day prior to the AMBC race at Marham also.
