It's under 130g for shorter,like road post.
I have also designed over size ti stem 120mm/-17 decree for 31.8mm bar. 115g and no flex and worring about craking like light al-stems.

Has anybody? Not broblem if you race road or weight under 75kg. (I don't want to go thicker wall,I could.) I used Syncros ti about 210mm out and weighted ~90kg when I was racing XC. Now I mainly race road races.
It had big improvement over alloy post on my Cannondale. And that was those last good Cannondales from 95'.
I must do prototype with 400mm post and load least 400kg and see how it holds before saing it it can be used full 400mm and 100kg weight.(load untill it breaks...)
I also plan to try how much carbon fibre insert ads streght for larger posts. Not round insert....
Price is about less than HALF of AX-lightness Europa (300E!!!)....
I have to talk about factory about them, They need custom ti-bolts and some fine redesign. Weight will be same but strengt will be addet even more. I'm bit comfused since I see lot of stupid,heavy and very wrong design in seat post that use good materials...look about M_ _ts post etc. Studing basic physic are not taken care properly?
