| Another SS Frame w/eccentric BB option | Kevin from WebCyclery Feb 12, 2002 9:45 AM | | I know a guy who has been building tandems for two of the big tandem companies for I don't know how many years. He and a friend have been trying to get a new SS company going for about a year now. I got a call from him yesterday and he said that they are finally going into production and that I can start to sell them. They've been playing with prototypes and the idea of sourcing them from Taiwan, but have decided to do it all here in Bend. I think the company is called Two Circles. I just went over to the shop and saw one of their prototypes. It looked pretty cool. It should have paint in a few days. I'll be sure to take pics and post it. The frames are all using Easton Elite tubing, Easton S bend chainstays, and Columbus Zonal S bend seat stays. It will come with the Easton eccentric and vertical dropouts. I should have all the specs in a few days. They are going to be selling for $800.
The first production run should be built and painted in about 4 weeks. He said that most of them will be built with canti studs, but we can definitely get them without.
I'll try to post pictures in a couple days.
