Question for Robss and 32:20-which disc adaptor?SFrider

You guys both responded to a post below about using a disc adaptor on your bikes. What are you guys using? Atom Labs, Paul? Do you have pics? Any advice? I am building a SS with horizontal drops and no disc frame mounts. I was looking at the Atom Labs adaptor but it looks like you need a flip-flop hub to mount it? I have a Spot disc hub. Spot is coming out with an adaptor but they couldn't tell me when it will be available. Any feedback would be appreciated, thanks.

My disc adaptor is an adaptor/mount combined with a custom Paul dropout. not an after market type adaptor Hope this helps.

Interesting mount. From that angle it looks like you have to remove the disc caliper to get the rear wheel out - I have seen this with the Azonic frames. Is this the case here?
Hmmm? never tried to pull it straight backRobss

when I look at it (not in pic) it looks a little different because you can see the slot in the brake. If I cant pull it straight out I will redesign and machine a new aluminum piece.
I always remove the axle bolts because the brass washers are in tight, no messing with the alignment when reinstaling the wheel

the frame has disc mounts on it and I don't use an adapter. Sorry for the confusion. On-One makes one I think(or at least there was a prototype) but I think it limited the gear ratios you could use...
On-One adaptor won't work on my frameSFrider

I emailed Brant and he said it wouldn't work due to the recessed dropout. Thanks for your response.
