The frame is a medium, and although I'm a little fuzzy (I was too excited when I was building it up) on the frame weight, I think it was <3.5 lbs. Weight of the pre-cut fork is less than 2 lbs on a bike shop scale. I haven't weighed the whole bike yet, but if I ever get a reading, I'll post it.
