This thing is awesome to ride as a single, I have only ridden it a few times since converting it. I am going to throw on some taller/wider riser bars I have lying around, but thats about it.

| Very nice, best of the old school. | BitterChan Sep 12, 2002 9:38 AM | | I've always wanted a Bontrager frame but it's been a timing/money thing. Maybe someone out there is interested in a trade? |
| hmmm. Trade for Bontrager ss? Whatcha got? | Bret W. Sep 12, 2002 10:41 AM | | Love my Bontrager but it never hurts to wonder.

| Nice view! | BitterChan Sep 12, 2002 11:13 AM | | I'm looking for an XL size (I'm 6'-2"). Drop me an email and I'll get some kind of list made. |
| Sweet! | 1 Speed Sep 14, 2002 3:27 PM | | What model is that? Greatest bikes ever made. I guess that they're really trying to get Trek to allow Bontrager to put out an SS frame. At the very least a steel XC frame or two.
I've got a Race and Privateer. I ride the Race nearly all the time. It was great with the White Brothers fork on it. However, with the recent switch-out to the rigid Morati, I've discovered new found lust for my SS.
By the way, I'm seriously considering selling the Privateer. Probably just frame and fork. I'll try to post some photos soon.
