okay so i'm turning my old merlin into a singlespeed. I've got a brand new 16t king cog, new 32t spot chainring, and a brand new hg91 8speed chain and a singulater....the problem is the chain skips under hard loads...the chain line is perfect, whats wrong with my set up? (a 18t cog works fine though!)

take a link out of the chain and the 32*16 should work fine.
the singleator also works better in the push up mode.
Good advice - Singleator should push up (nm)Spudmeister
