| UPDATE: Off road drop-bars...... | Alex UK Jul 26, 2003 12:54 AM | | Hi everyone!
Firstly, a belated thanks to all who responded to my post regarding the off-road drop bars, it was a great response and has kick-started this project.
Ok, the rough design has been sketched out and the information sent to our sourcing-agent in the Far East (OK, it would be great to build them one at a time, by hand, in the UK, but you don't want to pay $200 for a handle bar right?)
Now it is a case of waiting for the costing / quantity quotes to come in....hopefuly in the next week or so. Then its down to the men in suits.....
I'll keep you updated as soon as I have more info.

| Nice work! Looking forward to it! | GlowBoy Jul 26, 2003 12:56 PM | | (Especially since the inverted North Road bars aren't quite working out for me. Angles aren't quite right and they're too narrow anyway. I have put them to another uSSe, of which I will post pics in the next couple of days.) |
