You should come down under to get those air shocks working
What do you do in the winter?

Everythings on fire down here and the temps up to 40 degrees c (that converts to somwhere around HOT in your language

We just flew 2 air crane choppers in from canada to try and put the fire out so it been early morn or late rides for me

I had my first race on the new bike and was stoked even got got a 3rd due to a couple of guys flatting out but none the less it was my best result and that was while carrying a few kilos of christmas so I'm looking forward to a good season of racing

Take it easy

Catch ya
Does this look a little familiar? <grin>Flyer

Hey Pete...I think you and I ought to write Giant about these bikes. Since I posted a review and you bought one...we could get an advertising gig!!! Hmmm I am thinking they could fly me to "down under"..... I usually inflate my shock up quite a bit in winter....and just avoid the hard hits...the disadvantage of air shocks I guess. Here is the side of mine.

This is what has been changed on the bike since purchase

Replaced Mavic 221 wheels with Shimano 535's
Replaced Hutchinson Mosquitos with Hutchinson Python Golds
Replaced LX front derailler with XT
Replaced XT rear derailler with XTR
Replaced LX shifters and Avid levers with XTR shifter/levers
Replaced LX Cassette with XTR cassette
Replaced bottom bracket with upgraded RaceFace ISIS
Replaced Titec Seatpost with RoxShox Suspension Post
Replaced WTB Saddle with Selle Italia Ti Flite Gel

Going to put Time Atac Pedals on sometime, although I found those useless plastic reflector inserts for the Shimanos on there are handy now that it's cold outside, would be even more so if we get a lot of snow, and I don't know if they make those to fit Times.

Nice Wheels my mate said I should go with the python golds but I went with the airlights instead

I like the XTR controls

My RS seatpost should be here in a couple of days

and my XTR 517 wheelset should be on the bike in a month

catch ya
