| please help! to all merlin owners or mtb pros! | Gregor Jan 11, 2002 8:47 AM | | i ordered a merlin mtb. unfortunately my dealer made a mistake and will not be able to deliver in the agreed time. now they offer me the xlm-model, for the same price. but i somehow suspect the much lighter xlm to be to weak for my weight (210). can anyone give me advice? please?

| agree | Hank Jan 11, 2002 11:53 AM | | if you want ti at 210 pounds, I'd say go custom so the builder can take your weight into account. My guess is that any of the stock Merlins would feel flexy to you--especially the extra light. |

i'll try to talk to my dealer and test a sola.
