A bit of old news- but it comes with a picture, so what the hey. From Mountainbike.com:

[Below]is a shot of the new 4-inch-travel, single-pivot full-suspension frame from Ventana, dubbed the "Pantera." Representing Ventana's attempt to bring their reputed level of quality to a lower price point, the Pantera's display of power includes a robust 15mm pivot axle, which rolls like cowboys from hell on four large bearings. Available in a disc-only or canti version, the frame is currently in stock and will retail for $1,300. For more visit www.ventanausa.com or call 916/631-0544.
thanks for all the updates/news CoolhandHank

...review the thing. His review of the Fuego was a petty whine fest. Quality is wasted on that boy.

Craig should stock one of these frames.
