Roast vs. Rampage(2 posts)

Roast vs. Rampagegreyham

What bike should I choose? The Roast has a better frame but worse components. The Rampage has better components but a worse frame. They are both about the same price.
Thanks

The Roast is overpriced. But very good frame. I bought a 2002 Stuff 6 weeks ago. The Norco is interesting. But the dealers did not have those in store at the time of my purchase.

The very best I think, if you have the time, is to buy a frame and build your bike. For exemble, a Stuff frame outfitted with carefully selected components will give you a true freeride bike that will provide more enjoyment. I compared the price of buying quality freeride components online (on special: cheap! but good) and this is the route that I should have taken.
