Jul 29, 2002 4:36 PM | | I just bought a surly instigator hardtail. its full cromo and has tire clearance up to 2.70. it also has disk tabs built into the cnc'd dropouts. i moved to this bike after my mountain cycle moho wore out. i thought i liked the way alloy rode, but ill never go back to alloy after cromolly. plus the surly price tag wasnt bad at all. its perfect for xc, and urban. i give the surly instigator 2 thumbs up (except for the color: orange. its the only color available)
