Who owns a Sugar+? what do you like about it, and are there any things about it that you dont like? What type of riding do you do? I am thinking of buying a 2+disk. I ride trails in Oregon, not too rough, but often muddy or bumpy. Im no freerider, but Im not a race weenie. I just like to ride trails for fun, and want a bike that will allow me to ride harder trails, and ride further than my current Gary Fisher hardtail will allow me. Thanks in advance for any advice or comments.

I was ready to buy a 03 Sugar 2+. The bike shop had a 2002 model and let me demo it for a weekend. The bike would not stop ghost shifting on me. It was fine on the flats, but as soon as you got in to it up a hill, the chain was all over the place. I hated it and could not wait to bring my other bike out on the trail. I hope that the 2003 2+ is better then last years. I did take the bike home and put it on my stand and it worked perfect. I know the new bike has a nice part spec., but try and ride one first before you lay down 2200.00.

Anyway, I ride on the east coast, rocks, roots, wet, muddy sh*t.

Good luck
