As FIN noted below, there are Santa Cruz Blur review(s) here. Didn't see much discussion, and I read this stuff last night, and it seemed pretty interesting, so I thought I would post it as well. I guess the thing I found most interesting, was that the level of writing seemed better than US bike mags. Maybe it is just "different", and that is all.

lack of kickback & very fast damping was interestingderby

None of the US reviewers has ever detailed the pedal kickback feel compared to a Superlight or other quick accelerating fullies. And the very light damping. The others just say that the Blur was very smooth riding and very quick pedaling with little bob.

Someone posted below that it flexed a lot. The swing links are pretty flat (not very boxed) and would be the source of any side flex greater than a Superlight.

I look forward to demo riding one. It's the only design so far that looks like it could possibly pedal through rocks and bumps better than a well executed Horst linkage with the same travel.

Thanks for the review link.
