I started reading some reviews here on mtbr and it looks like we have ourselves a winner. The Giant has a good mix of economical, but reliable components and good stuff where it counts (rear derailleur). The main reason I dont recommend the Raleigh is the POS fork it comes with. The Judy TT is the biggest pile of junk rockshox has made. It weighs 5 freakin lbs alone, yet it is very weak and flimsy side to side and front to back. Check the reviews yourself, Giant is 4.91 out of 5 and Raleigh is 3.5. |

I'd say the yukon is great but u might want to thiink about upgrading to a stiffer spring in the shock. Other than that it's great. The stiffer spring could even be free before you leave the store. |
