It really worth spend around $400 more to get the 90 instead 80? If yes, why?

First of all, the difference should be $350....but maybe you're getting a better deal on the 80.

If you have the extra money to spend, yep...it's worth it. Better fork, wheels, shifters, brakes, levers.

yes, more specifically:
fork goes from a non adjustable weak pilot, to a race worthy, much lighter duke. with adjustable rebound. much better!
You also get an adjustable rear schock which is very important!
All of the components go up from deore to LX, and the rear deraliur goes to an XT.
Better wheels as mentioned, and you also have the option of disc brakes which is worth it!
