ok ok i realize this is one of those posts that most people (non uzzi owners)dont appreciate but i really love the bikes and i'd like to see what kind of builds you folks have on them. also i've seen soooo many 5spot, blur, and HH/titus picture posts it'll be nice to see what else is out there.

It's a bit of a brute with DH tires on, but sure is a blast to pilot downhill!

Hey adman, are those monkey lite bars? are they the XC ofr DH? I have a set of XC, but I'm worried about holding up to tough riding.

They're the XC version, circa 2001. I've been beating them on 2 different bikes since they were new, and there haven't been any issues thus far. I was toying with the idea of replacing them just to stem any potential fatigue failures, but that's probably due more to precaution & some nice crashes versus a genuine need. They've served me very well & have outlasted a fork & a frame:)

..had all sort of built ups: 5" front to 6.5" dual crown/DH tires, it's all good except the bb is a tad high..

Hey there, I'm just wondering what sizes your frames are? I've got a potential trade for a medium frame for my large Blur. I'm 6'2", so just wondering if it'd work for me. I'm afraid that I'd have to have the seat-mast in the slacker position which may put my arse too far behind the bb. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers,

Mike E.

Oops, disregard above post. Just re-read my own post on the subject...friggin' night shifts are sending me for a loop!?!
