Where should I buy my Truth?(3 posts)

Where should I buy my Truth?Sultan of Singletrack

No lbs sells the Truth here in Salt Lake, so I'm looking online.

I'm considering Speedgoat, Hammerhead, 123bikes, maybe WrenchScience. This is going to be my all-out bike 24 hr race bike. I want all the goodies on it, Crossmax SLs, Hope Mono Mini discs, RaceFace Next LPs, Sram X0, etc.

Any recommendations on a bike shop?

Thanks!
I have only used Charles C. @ Hammerhead....KMan

but that is who I would go with. Top rated service, excellent pricing and he know's his stuff. He can help you build the bike you NEED! Also he is there for you when you need him after the sale.

(for example I bought a Titus Racer X frame from Charles back in 2001, bought a 2nd one in 2003 from Titus direct because of a sponsorship discount. I have been having some issues with the feel of my suspension on my Racer X and Charles emailed me (not me him) asking if I wanted to try out a Manitou Swinger shock to see if that works better for me. He out of the blue is willing to send me a shock to try out for no charge. A+++ rating in my book.)
Thanks - Hammerhead is probably the frontrunner right nowSultan of Singletrack

Thanks for the comments, K-man. I've sent a friend of mine to Charles. CC build him an Ellsworth ID and did a great job on it. My friend's going to buy a Truth as well, so whichever bike shop we decide on will probably get both of our business. I figure we can get a better deal that way. In any case, Charles is by all accounts top-notch.
