does anyone know how the mavic 317 rims are better than the 223?

The 317 has Maxtal that is 30% stronger and it also has SUP that After bending, the rim joint is arc welded reinforced upper bridge.the 317 is a rim specifically designed to withstand the increased stress caused by disc braking. 317's are much stronger than the 223's. the 223's have nothing special about them.I think I would buy the X517 if I was not running X3.1 UST.
