Wheel build - Rim Choices (disc wheelset)boboso

Building up a disc wheelset with CK ISO hubs. Wheel builder recommending Mavic F519 and 14/15 DT spokes with brass nipples. Wheels are for Chuck CR-FS / Rider is 190-195lbs, intermediate skills, bike is built up for all-riding (up and down) approx. 27-28lbs.

Looking for rec. on rims, like to run 2.3/2.4 tires / good balance of light weight and durable. Had Sun Rynos (brake rim track cracked on both after 1 year)
That's a good choiceNCN

That's a pretty good choice -- happens to be exactly what I run, except XT Disc in the rear 'cause the King rear hub costs too much. The F219 is a disk specific rim, and it's probably stronger, but it's quite a bit heavier.

Mavic F219 a option also...El Jester

Built up some about a month ago and they have worked great. Good combination of strength and weight and cost.
