That is still my #1 choice, but I have what appears to be a pretty decent deal on the above mentioned wheelsets. Both same price. Which of these would hold up better for relatively aggressive XC.. lots of rocks and roots some small drops maybe 2' max. i'm 180 lbs and ride a sugar 3+.
other question... assuming i do a custom.. would the mavic317 or 3.1x be stronger? i like the ability to go UST so i wondered about the 3.1. thanks in advance. the custom setup i'm looking at is the amclassic/vxc combo or maybe the hope/vxc combo. |
