Hayes superlight disk hubs, Mustang ASYM rims front and rear, 32, 3 cross.

Help, please.
if these are the rims you are using, the ERD is 538mm...clary.

the values into a spoke length calculator.

Go to the rim maker's website to get the ERD(effective rim diameter) for the rim you will be using or calculate the ERD from the actual rim.

Here is a real good spoke calculator that has easily understandable input of variables for the spokes, rim, and hub specifications, individual input for the left side and right side for spoke diameter, spoke count, lacing pattern and spoke tension, individual output for left side and right side of calculated spoke length, spoke stretch, torsional elasticity and torsional stiffness.

It also allows you to save each wheel specification to it's own file name to be recalled whenever.

Here is an example of the interface for Crazy Rides Wheel Maker:

Thanks for the link Clary. I've been using SpokeCalc and have been looking for another program to cross check the lengths. The Crazy Rides program looks very nice.

Steve-O (looking around for a wheel to build to try out this software)
thats a lot of info, thanks (NM)BH
