siezed nipples - help pleasekgg

I've got an old wheelset hanging in the garage. They're reasonably nice wheels (XT + Ritchey OCR) but need truing and there's the problem. When I first tried this, about a year ago, the spokes were frozen in the nipples. I haven't been able to free them - I've tried liquid wench, oil, even some mild heating with a torch. No go.

I'm ready to take out the wire cutters and snip all the spokes - anyone have any ideas about what to try before I do this?

Thanks.

If the penetrating oil didn't work, chances are very good you've got too much corrosion to ever free the nipples. If you're rounding the nipples off, that's pretty much it.
When you rebuild them, remember to grease the nipple seats and spoke threads, and hopefully this won't happen again.
