What's the scoop on the newer American Classic hubs?...kam

i'm looking into getting a am classic non disc rear hub laced to a 28h tomac xc rim, maybe 3x. light weight is a huge priority. the older ones with the grease injection system seem to be very problematic. what's the scoop on these newer ones with the 4 fully sealed bearings? i'd love to go king, but don't have the budget.
