Wheel truing(2 posts)

Wheel truingTerry

I just finished lacing and truing a front wheel. When spun in the truing stand, the wheel is pretty straight. How do I know when a wheel is true? When I spin the wheel it always stops and then reverses and stops again at the same spot. Which spokes need to be tightened? Thanks in advance!
Sheldon Brown's site should help...AndyH
