Looking for a cheaper alternative to the Kings. Thinking of going with a set of XT's, but what other hubs are a good value?

The XT Disc is probably the best value, just heavy.

I've heard the Hugi 240s are pretty good and are cheaper. The WTB LaserLite Disc are a (much) more expensive hub than the XT, but are considerably lighter.

If weight isn't a concern, XT disc are a nice, reliable option.

Mavic Crossroc Tubeless Disc are what I ride and most of the guys in my shop ride...very comprable to the Crosmax XL and SL just a bit heavier and without the monster pricetag...

peace,
z
